Reality TV Music News writer and talent spotter Dean Midas Maynard decided to launch his new venture, after years of working alongside a host of Reality acts.
Dean's past and present X Factor stars include Essex girls 2 Shoes and Chico, who will skate for the first time this weekend on the new series of Dancing On Ice.
He also represents Journey South, West End star Niki Evans, Jonjo Kerr and Ben Mills.
Dean also works with 90's boy band legends 911, Britain's got Talent runner up and puppeteer Damon Scott and fantastic upcoming singers Nicole Simpson and Rachel Skelton.
